Boy I did. I fell down one step to my basement and when I finally looked at it, it was facing up, and I was facing down!
I was taken by ambulance to a hospital where there was hardly anyone in there.
I was in the ER without anything for pain, or ice for about 5 hours before I was moved to my room.
I was only in a cast 2 weeks before I was given a boot and told to walk without crutches. That didn't happen!
I was allowed 1 session with physical therapy since I didn't have insurance. They gave me a rubberband and sent me home to do them on my own. They broke the second day, which really sucked.
I don't have much ROM and I still have all the hardware in me. They told me that I would have to just leave it in.
I have so much pain in the winter when it is cold. Or anytime the weather changes it hurts.
Sometimes it hurts for no reason. I can't run anymore.
I slow on stairs, and it all around sucks!
