I just fractured my ankle a week ago. The OS told me it was a trimalleolar fracture. I also dislocated my ankle. It has been a week and I still have not received surgery. I should get it this week for plates and screws. I had blisters from the swelling so I could not get surgery any sooner. The ER did not put any ice on me, just let me sit in the hall for about six hours while they ignored me. Did any of you also go through this?
