Isn't Ambien the best thing ever created??? I actually am trying to 'wean' myself off it even though I do't think I'm addicted. It's just too convenient and easy! I'm only taking 1/2 a pill - 5 mg now about every other night. It definitely helped me through a tough period. Glad to hear you made it through the quake - I'm 20 miles out of NYC in NJ hoping to make it through any 'problems' we have if we go to war...always something, ain't it???
