Thank you for your thoughts and advice. I will read your story when i am finished here. It brings me lots of comfort to know that others have been where i am at and are doing well. I am concerned about time off of work though. So far all is well but it seems like I have a long time until I can drive and take the train to work. That's a scary thought. Also... I am a big guy. I am 6-4 and weigh 265, so I worry about when I will put weight on the leg. Crutches are tough on a guy like me. I guess..... if you can do it....so can I :) Thanks again and please keep me posted on your recovery.
