First is how it happened . I was working on a big pile of dirt I had delivered to fill in a little area. When stepping down off pile i led off with my left foot. When I moved my right forward the left lost traction on the dirt and I started to slide .So sliding on left foot with right foot in air and falling back and to the left i know I was going down hard. I opted to protect my head . When I landed I was sitting on left foot. I had heard a load crack on the way and thought this can not be good. When I pulled my foot out from under me it was pointing off at a right angle but as I swung it around it flopped back to normal position. Couldn't do anything but wait for next load of dirt to get there so I could get some help around.
