Hey Larane!
My stitches are now out and the incision looked horrific! I am now in my 4th cast and two more weeks and I get fitted for my leg brace. The Dr said I could take it off for 1 hour per day only. Did you have those same instructions? He told me that I cannot apply any pressure 3 months from date of surgery....How long did you wait and how did it feel the very 1st day? I am trying to see what I can expect...pain, soreness, stiffness etc...
I have pictures that I have taken with my digital camera at each visit with the Dr and even took pictures of the Cscan and regular xrays if you would like for me to send you some in your email. Thanks for talkig to me Larane, your experience has been a great help!
