I had lots of time surfing the web to pick out my new bike. I HAD a 03 Fatboy, which I loved. A guy didn't see me and pulled out and hit me on the right side. It totalled the bike and broke my tib/fib. I almost lost the right leg. I also severed 2 tendons. It will NEVER be the same, but I am back to work (police officer) and can run again, so... I am also riding again. Got another Fatboy and it is fully customized how I wanted it.. paint, custom fender, chrome, etc. Picking stuff out and window shopping on the internet is what kept me going while in the hospital bed for 2 months at home. I am also in VA. I love my new bike. Good luck and keep us posted.
