I am a 32 yr. Female, my husband and myself were going to a National forest for a Sunday ride. Boy what a ride. It was April 3, 2005. We had been ther about 1/2 hour. We took a steap trail that took us. We started up no problem and the front wheels didn't make contact at the top, the 4 wheeler flipped it threw me about 25 feet after hitting me in the back of the head , broke my tibia and fibula , take alot of skin off my left hand front and back, fractured my back in 4 places. My husband was under the 4 wheeler all the way to the bottom. Luckily he wasn't badly hurt. ( Bruised knee, strained back ) " Thank you Lord " It took them an hour & 1/2 to get me out. I was kept in the hospital for 6 very long days. I have a removable back brace on my back and cast on my left leg to my hip. It has been 6 wks today. The itching is driving me insane and the Dr. is concerned because there is NO calcuim forming on my break. I pray I heal ok . I am a mother to a 9 yr. old and 12 yr. old . They miss there mom helping them. Any advice or words of confidence would be appreciated........ Good luck and God's speed healing to all.
