YEA!!! I'm home. It feels like it's been forever since I last ate, took a shower, slept in my own apartment/bed/kitchen. It's going to be slow as far as taking the stairs 2 at a time again but I'm so happy to back there. It's a little messy but after a strong pain pill I can get around pretty good to straighten up. Yesterday I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen and made my bed. Today I'm going to go through all of the clothes that I haven't worn in the last 3.5 months. It's going to be hard but I have to get rid of some of that junk. So long to the size 4 jeans. I doubt I'll ever be that skinny again. My cats are happy too. Gracie wouldn't leave my side and purred the whole time. Katie wondered off to her favorite spot and they both picked a corner of the bed when I finally went to sleep. All my neighbors came over too to see how I'm doing. I missed them all so much. I'm still going to need help grocery shopping but other than that I'm pretty self-sufficient. No more wondering who moved my stuff, or competing for the TV. I've got a couple more hours here at work and then I'm off to PT. Hopefully it will be nice this weekend and I'll get to lay out by the pool. Unfortunately another storm looks like it's starting to brew so we may be in for another hurricane. Who knows.
