Three months today! I have come a long way in three months. Two days ago I made a 10 hour road trip on my own, with only my usual two 10 minute rest/gas stops. This morning my teenage daughter and I went on a bike ride, and she couldn't keep up with me. I can walk with almost no pain, and I even jogged across my hotel room a few times this morning.
The support and information I've gotten on this site have been so helpful! Thanks, everyone!
