I dot know about others, but I leave mine on all the time. I only take it off to shower and lotion up. I'm doing flexing exercises that my OS has instructed me to do as well. Other than that, I treat it like a cast. It stays on. I'm highly claustrophobic, so this was THE ONLY option for me.
