PT said its probably cause I really worked it last session. She told me to skip at home exercises and take it easy until next session. We did minimal exercise today with massage and ice of tendons near hardware.
Lat Mal ankle fx w/syndo injury
4/13 ORIF, plate w/5 screws
4/16 cast NWB
5/17cast removed, boot NWB
6/04 boot removed, ankle brace FWB
6/06 syndo screw HWR, still FWB
6/13 lap cholecystectomy
6/24 back to work
