I have a fib plate too, I'm wondering if it's going to hurt further down the road...well I'll cross that bridge if and when I get there I suppose.
I hope your hardware pain goes away soon!
5/18/12: comminuted bimalleolar fracture, with dislocation
(closed reduction, surgery delayed due to swelling; NWB)
5/31/12: ORIF - 1 plate, 9 screws
6/8: NWB/boot
7/13: PWB/boot
7/31: FWB
8/12: crutch-free/boot
9/5: HWR 2 synd screws
