well the stitches have all come out, swollen and bruised still, didnt really feel much as the areas around are pretty numb, doctor came to speak to me, said they had a bit of a job getting the rod out, i said i was concerned as my knee feels like jelly and wont hold me at all when i stand unless i lock my knee back, he said i have to let it settle for a bit and then start physio on 24th July to start getting it strong, so onwards and upwards were getting there slowly but surely now x
18/06/11 fell 2 steps tibia x 3 brakes, fibula x 1 brake,20/06/11 surgery rods screws in tibia, 01/07/11 staples out, full leg cast (PINK),22/07/11 sarmiento cast NWB,,8/10/11 2 screws out, pwb 25/50% happy, 10/11/11 fwb, 03/07/12 rod screws removed
