Pt told me to look straight ahead when trying to balance. For some reason my eyes always look at the ground and he said it's harder to balance that way. I usually focus on something and stare straight ahead.
2/17 bimalleolar ankle fracture (fib/tib) not displaced
2/29 ORIF (2 plates and 7 screws) - soft cast for 2 weeks
3/15 removable boot NWB
4/12 WBAT - in boot
5/14 walking unaided
6/28 - Fibula plate removal
