Hi Molly77! If you look at the sidebar, you will see a FAQ button. Click on it and after it loads, you will see near the top Broken Leg Glossary (I think that's what it says). Click on it and read away. I bet your type of injury is listed somewhere on there.
You can also use the search button and search this site using your key words. Be sure to change the dates to include all so you can get the most info available.
There is an OS who frequents the site by the screen name BoneGuru. Hopefully he will happen along and respond to your post. When you do the search, you can just plug in his name and click on his post authored by him to read some really cool things.
