I have a snapping sound when I walk, it's not painful at all but loud..my pt said it was most likely scar tissue.
My dr. was not concerned about it and said he could give me a cortisone shot but I declined, not wanting to add more trauma to the area. So I got no real answer. I am eight months out and the snapping sound started about eight weeks ago.
11/11 bimalleolar fracture, pins and a plate and tightrope
1/14/13 Complete Hardware Removal (HWR) and arthroscopic cleanup (scar tissue)
Hit head on by the biggest, speeding, underinsured, moron in town.
