It is when my leg is elevated. I have a regular cast cut up the sides and held together with an ace bandage so I can relieve the pressure from swelling. I have to remove the bandage and pry the cast apart. The air cast sounds much easier. I am supposed to get a closed cast this week, and I'm just not feeling like it is a good idea.
