Chances are that this is just the first of many odd sensations that you're going to feel as you progress through the healing journey. If it gets worse, or the episodes increase in duration, give your Dr. a call. There is a condition that has "burning" as a symptom, but it's not that common, while all kinds of weird sensations ARE common in "normal" recoveries.
