I went back to work too soon (2.5 weeks post-op). I thought I was fine, and I was bored, so I went back. My work was very accommodating but sitting at a computer with your leg on a desk for 8+ hours a day is not fun. Definitely look into easing back in as LAL suggests. In retrospect, I'd've done a couple of weeks of half days before going full time, because it is surprisingly exhausting.
