I still elevate 4 months post surgery sometimes after a long day walking around. Funny thing was elevating actually didn't help my pain post surgery. Hanging it down actually made me feel better although I knew that wouldn't help the swelling.
01/22-dislocated Trimall fracture
01/23-Surgery for ex fix NWB
02/17-ORIF 2 plates/11 screws Splint cast NWB
03/02-cast NWB, staples out
04/05-25% PWB, put in boot
05/17-FWB no boot
