Mine is so tight I feel like it is wrapped in an ace bandage! My OS said that I have scar tissue and I have rubbing and massaging the heck out of it but it is still there. It is worse in the evenings so some of that is swelling. I am able to do my exercises, ie. peddling, band for dorsiflexion, circles and abc's with some success, but the tightness is driving me nuts! Are you in a boot? I am and the boot doesn't really allow much ankle movement when moving around. I'm at 50%.
