This was the biggest problem for me in the beginning too. I rolled my foot on a frozen water bottle for 10-15 mins a couple times a day to help with it. I also got really comfy plush slippers for around the house so I wasn't barefoot and then got some orthotic inserts for my sneakers. Not sure if you're in a sneaker yet though.
It will get better...mine already has gotten a lot better.
