My skin near my incision is still numb. It's so annoying when it itches and there is no sensation!
Thanks for the tips - I have been using s frozen bottle water under my foot and seems to work well. I'll have to try out the porcupine one!
Lat Mal ankle fx w/syndo injury
4/13 ORIF, plate w/5 screws
4/16 cast NWB
5/17cast removed, boot NWB
6/04 boot removed, ankle brace FWB
6/06 syndo screw HWR, still FWB
6/13 lap cholecystectomy
6/24 back to work
