I am currently getting this at the moment, whenever I try to push a little further, or I do something after being stationary for too long. It tends to ease for me after a few minutes of gentle activity/pressure (e.g. rolling a ball on the floor with my foot) so I actually like it - it reminds me to keep pushing, and I like the feeling of relief when it goes away again.
