No I don't have steri strips this time, its looks like it is double stitched, kinda looks like a zipper. LOL! And yes, it is worse when it swells, so I am sitting or laying with it elevated most of the day.
I love the routine you had, I have been massaging the stressed areas to try and reduce any underlying tension and scar tissue, but could definately show it more love and attention. Thanks for the ideas!
