Mine got so tight! I was NWB when I had my stitches but I'm pretty sure the tightness is a good thing. By the time they were ready to take mine off I remember feeling SO ready!

2/17 bimalleolar ankle fracture (fib/tib) not displaced
2/29 ORIF (2 plates and 7 screws) - soft cast for 2 weeks
3/15 removable boot NWB
4/12 WBAT - in boot
5/14 walking unaided
6/28 - Fibula plate removal
