My sympathies on this, I'm in a similar position. My syndo screw came out last week and although the incision is apparently small, my ankle is all wrapped up for another week until the stitches come out. In the last couple of days it has become much like yours, the itchy and tight feeling which is feels like it is limiting my ROM. I would love to be able to put something on it but think it is best not to take the risk.
