That's what I thought. Thanks! I'm just trying to find some relief for the pulling pain when I stand and walk. I was able to walk pretty well on day 3 but ever since, it doesn't matter what I do as it is healing it is getting tighter and am back to using crutches. Any ideas?
1/9/11 Disloc Bi-Mal L Ankle Frac.
1/26/11 Surg- Plate & 9 screws in Fib, 2 screws in Medial.
2/24/11 Cam Boot, NWB.
3/26/11 PT, cont NWB
4/21/11 FWB w/aircast as needed.
6/8/12 HWR- medial screws.
2/10/13 disloc brkn big toe,
2/18/13 stress f
