I have a pair of Nike Shox and they've never been the "best" for support anyways, but since I already am in discomfort, its 100x worse now! Does anyone have any suggestions on comfortable sneakers? I have vrey high arches and most of my pain is in my heel (bottom and sides) and I get the general "sore" feeling all over after being in them too long. Any suggestions on a good sneaker for walking? I am far from running yet. Still have to wear lace up brace inside the sneaker.
