Thursday I went on a 2 mile "run" (more of a waddle, I've never been a runner! jaja) Yesterday I worked all day, went on an hour walk with a friend, then in the night went out dancing in my new, comfy high heels.
Now I'm sitting with my foot propped up, bag of frozen veggies on top. Realizing that almost 3 years after everything, I'm still capable of pushing myself too far.
Starting to wonder if a fusion is a good option...
-9 26, 09 car crash 5 FX metatarsals, FX talus, toe severed, FX thumb= 7 surgeries
L foot: NWB 5 weeks, R foot: NWB 13 weeks, R hand: casted 5 weeks
-8 9, 11 Living life. Moved to Costa Rica!
-Still dealing with daily pain
