So, a friend lent me a scale so I could see 1. If I've gained weight being so inactive for five weeks and 2. How much weight I'm putting on my leg (thanks to a previous thread for the scale suggestion).
I have lost three pounds, probably all of it in muscle tone.
I can put 125 lbs. of pressure on my leg with no pain! This is after only nine days of PWB, and I am so happy! I have put my entire weight (160 lbs.) on it a few times, and that feels OK too. Of course, I'm not walking on it all day like that, but I'm thrilled to be making so much progress. I'm seeing my OS on Wednesday, and I'm hoping for the OK to drive and go to FWB.
