Re: Learning to trust my ankle?

Thanks, that's really helpful. I tried the slow dance while making my coffee this morning and though I didn't manage much, it felt much more natural than trying to shift weight to the leg while on crutches or with no support.

I've also been trying to simulate walking - that's a great idea because apparently my entire leg has forgotten how to walk, not just my ankle! I think I will have to start watching how other people walk to figure it all out.
