 PWB part 2
Ouch    3:45pm Jun 7 2012

Hey. Sorry to post again...

So, it seems to me that going from PWB to FWB is like driving a shift stick car. If it hurts (achey) too much you dial it back for a day or two? Then when you are ready, you try again.

Right now, my leg is fairly achey from trying to push the PWB and doing a few steps of FWB. It isn't like a muscle that you fatigue and it gets stronger. But if it hurts I need to let it chill out and then push it again.

Is that right?
