I've been doing some yoga moves which help my body from going nuts. While laying down flat on the bed (no pillow), I lift my leg up straight and keep it there for a while and slowly take it down. I broke my fibia near my ankle. I have a half cast. Then I do the other leg. I lift both legs straight up, keeping my knees straight, and it feels so good. I take one leg and cross it horizontally over the other. I do this slowly and carefully. Best thing is to look at these yoga moves on youtube. They keep me stretched.
If you are on the computer, it's good to get up and stand on your crutches for a minute to stretch your good leg. I also do all the ankle exercises on my good leg that they tell you to do on airplanes. I need my good leg to stay in shape.
