For me 10 days,
From being in a cast for 4 weeks, then in a boot for 7-10 days, then back in normal trainers,
Aug 14th: Spiral fracture Left fib, inch above ankle.Half cast on
Sept 16th: Cast off, air boot on.
Sept 26th: Boot off, back in normal shoes and walking
Oct 3rd: Back to work on building site
Dec 4th: Return to football, and score a goal...
