Again, I suggest you don't bring up any physical limitations in the interview. Wait until they offer you the position before asking them to accommodate your physical problems. If they ask you about your physical limitations, don't lie, just don't torpedo your chances by talking about your health issues in an interview.
Interviews are for selling yourself. Don't give them a reason to not consider you at all. When and if they offer you the job, that's the time to mention any special considerations you may require.
