Nothing like sunshine to help you feel better!
Although it's nice to go home, my initial relief at being sent home was soon replaced by endless figuring out how to do the smallest of things, which was frustrating and exhausting. Rehab should allow you more time to adjust gradually so things will be easier when you do go home.

Chronic syndo injury post screw removal in Jun
Sept: ORIF, debridement
Feb 2013: arthroscopy & screw removal, syndo "rock solid" woohoo!!
