If there is a fridge at work you could take some soft ice packs and just wrap them around your leg in the afternoon. This would help with some of the swelling. Don't borrow trouble, though. The walking and standing may just pump some of the fluid upward and you could be fine. Let us know.

Bi-Mal fx 2007-Never healed. New OS/Surgery 8/6/2012-Cancaneal Osteotomy 2 screws heel, HDL tendon transfer, Achilles Lengthening, Spring Ligament repair-HWR Tib/Fib-Large splint w/cooling pads. 8/14-8/24 2012 had 3 casts-8/28 air boot. 9-18-12: PWB.
