I bought a bottle holder strap from a camping/outdoors store - it is wonderful for being able to carry drinks from where I make them to where I want to drink them! It is basically a long strap that I wear like a messenger bag, and it fits a water bottle or a 1-person thermos easily. (It would be nice to drink from a mug or glass, but there's no way to manage that!).
I am in Australia and it is coming into winter here - in the first few weeks I found sitting in the sunshine immensely helpful to my mood, but now that the days are shorter and it is often foggy or frosty (yes we do get that in some parts of Australia!) the weather is just one more source of frustration to contend with.
Personally, I am dreaming of the day they tell me I can start swimming again!
