I think you should go into this interview without intending to bring up your ankle issues. If you and the company are a good fit, and you get offered a position, THEN you should ask about "short term accommodations" for elevating your still healing leg.

If they ask why you're giving up self employment, you should tell them your recent injury allowed you time to rethink your career goals, and/or you missed being part of a team environment, something like that sounds better than "I can't do it because I'm still hurt"
