thank you so much, that does make me feel better. i guess everyone i have heard of has gotten it done at the hip. i hope it is easier this time too! :)

9/17/11: broke right tib/fib
9/18: surgery #1 (IM rod/5 screws in tib, fib left alone)
9/29: soft cast removed and put in boot (but still NWB)
10/27: FWB
11/23: out of boot
5/25/12: surgery #2 (remove screws, bone graft, plate/screws in fib)
