Does the drainage smell funky? Is there any redness or heat at the site? Have you taken your temperature? If all those things are "normal", you can probably relax a little, but by all means, call your nurse. A call to your OS or ID Dr. wouldn't hurt either. With your history, its probably not such a good idea to " just wait and see".
