I had early PT today. After having an ordeal with the knee on my good leg a few weeeks back today the rigors of PT have hurt the knee on the BL. I am spending the day on the couch in pain ( tylinol #3) icing, elevating and watching Star Trek re-runs. I go back to the OS who pulled the fluid off the knee on the good leg this Wednesday so maybe I'll have him check out the knee on the BL ( I say maybe because it may be better by then and the fact that this OS likes to stick needles in to joints)
