not looking forward to it at all as I am very stressed because my father-in-law was taken into hospital over the weekend and is now in a serious condition in the high dependency unit, so I am tired and my ankle/foot hurts and I feel like I will probably burst into tears if he tells me anything negative, which I have a feeling he will do as I have virtually no ROM at all still. I have thought about cancelling it but I have been hobbling/crutching around with this pain for about 5 weeks now so I feel I really need to go and get sorted. Very very confused and tired, so wish me luck!!!!!
16 jan trimalleos fx (slipped walking dogs)
22 jan op to insert plates and screw
24 jan allowed home NWB
6 feb cast removed, replaced and 4 more weeks NWB
5 mar cast off, weight bearing as tolerated on crutches/frame
14 mar walking unaided at home!
