Dear Kouri,
So sorry to hear about this one-off incident, really feel for you. As someone who has not-so-good control since giving birth - a VERY long time ago indeed - I know how difficult it is when there is urgency about needing the loo. However, this is something different because you are not aware of a problem and I can't understand why this occurred out-of-the-blue like that or how it could bear any relation to a BL. Unless you are taking strong meds maybe which does effect things.
Awful as this was, it was your pride and dignity that took the hit and hopefully it was an isolated incident. If it happens again you will need to seek advice.
Bless you Kouri - it's mortifying now but will likely never happen again. Hope others have a better explanation.
