Yes you might want to spread it out, I did. My Rx was for 3 times a week for 6 weeks. I and the PT agreed it would be more productive to do once a week for 18 weeks. The main reason for doing so is that every session you learn stuff, get new exercises to do at home need time to incorporate the things ou learn. There is also the pain factor. I normally need to recover a day after PT. The more info you can give the PT (beyond the Rx) the better they can help you. wear workout cloths.
