I was going to say the same thing. I took Valium before bed a bunch of times post op!! IT was the only thing that helped with cramps. I still wake up a little sore. I've heard eating bananas help...something about potassium.
2/17 bimalleolar ankle fracture (fib/tib) not displaced
2/29 ORIF (2 plates and 7 screws) - soft cast for 2 weeks
3/15 removable boot NWB
4/12 WBAT - in boot
5/14 walking unaided
6/28 - Fibula plate removal
