Just curious to know how long my ankle is going to actually hurt/ache?! I know it's early but now I'm able to walk with 2 shoes (unaided) for a short distance. My foot seems to really ache the first few steps and then bothers me for a while after I stop. I know my calf muscle is still really week. Just wondering how long this will bother me for!! I'd say on a pain scale it's maybe a 2 or 3 at it's worst......more annoying! Twinges, throbbing, aches...ugh!
2/17 bimalleolar ankle fracture (fib/tib) not displaced
2/29 ORIF (2 plates and 7 screws) - soft cast for 2 weeks
3/15 removable boot NWB
4/12 WBAT - in boot
5/14 walking unaided
6/28 - Fibula plate removal
