Being here for about one year it's the first time I 'm feeling so sad for whatever is happening to us, hard and painful. Writing in a foreign language I cannot express my feelings exactly, but seeing Roy, this powerful cowboy I was feeling a kind of intellectual who tries to explain more than feeling something strange that is happening to us, a broken leg, devastating but not fatal. No, loss is the most devastating, even I 'm old enough to know this, I'm forgetting it. I didn't know that this funny, vivid and joyful guy, like Roy was so severely hurt. I was talking his case with my wife somedays ago. But this: unexpected, at least to us, who are far away. God, give Carol strength and his beloved ones! We'll always remember his short passage when our road were met here. It was a light in our hard struggle.
